Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free standard shipping Australia wide.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes. Don't like our product? That's fine. You can return the product obligation free within 7 days of purchase. To do so email email@example.com using the title 'FREE RETURN'. All products must be in the original format delivered along with swing tags and dial cover.
Do you accept Afterpay?
Yes. Able & Co is a registered merchant for Afterpay. You can choose to purchase your goods utilising this method at checkout.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer a flat rate of $8.50 standard postage within Australia and $11.50 for express postage within Australia.
International Shipping is set at a flat rate of $20.
From time to time Able & Co will offer special discounts and promotions whereby customers will be entitled to FREE shipping. Please note any promotional orders where free shipping is offered will be shipped via standard postage.
Do you charge Duties & Taxes?
No. Able & Co do not charge any duties or taxes to our products. However, when shipping internationally, please be aware duties and taxes is something that is outside of our control and varies in cost from country to country. In most cases our products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. If you're concerned we would recommend getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there is any unexpected shipping charges at your end.
When will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 6pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day from our Gold Coast offices.
Orders placed on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Once dispatched, standard postage provides Able & Co customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 5 business days for Western Australia, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
Please note: there may be shipping delays during peak sale times such as Easter, Christmas, Cyber Monday & Black Friday.
Orders shipped by express postage can be expected to arrive within 1 business day for metropolitan areas and up to 2 business days for non-metropolitan areas and up to three for Western Australia, Far North Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Are your watches water proof?
Yes. All Able & Co watches are 3ATM water proof which means they are resistant to depths of 30 meters. However, to ensure the longevity of your product, you should try to avoid getting your timepiece too wet on a regular basis as it may cause longer term damage. Please note, warranty for our products does not cover water damage.
For customers utilising our products in salt or chlorine water we advise rinsing your time piece with fresh water after usage and wiping down with a dry cloth. This will ensure your mesh / leather strap maintains its integrity.
Are the straps on your watches interchangeable?
Yes. All of Able & Co’s watches feature a unique interchangeable strap system where you can take off watch bands and switch them easily without any tools to switch up your time pieces look. With this system your watch will be a perfect fit for every occasion. Our straps are sized at 20mm in width.
I have the mesh band watch, how do I adjust the size to fit me?
Changing the length of your mesh band is easy. Follow the diagram below to resize your mesh band to be the perfect fit for your wrist. The process really is that simple!
How long is the warranty on your watches?
Each watch includes a 12 month warranty for your ultimate peace of mind.
