WARRANTY & RETURNS:

How do I exchange an item?

Please email info@ableandco.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package. Item must be in the original condition in which it was received.

Please note we do not reimburse shipping costs, and will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within the week of receiving it.

Do you accept returns on items?

Yes, we offer free returns on all products within 7 days of purchase excluding items sold at a special promotional offer rate.

All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

If you would like to return your item for any other reason please contact us at info@ableandco.com.au and state your name, order number and the reason for your return.

Customers must notify Able & Co of any return requests within 14 days of purchase and the item unworn and in new condition (including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place).

What is your Warranty policy?

All Able & Co products come with a 12 months warranty. If you believe any item is defective or damaged in transit please contact us immediately at ableandco@outlook.com.au. Someone from our customer support team will be in contact within 24 hours to process your warranty claim if your item arrived damaged or not-functioning.

Any water damage to the timepieces is not covered under warranty, as we strongly recommend not submerging the pieces in water, or exposing them to water. All Able & Co watches are 3ATM water resistant however warranty does not cover water damage. Thank you for understanding. Battery changes are not covered under warranty, strap damage from use is not covered, If ever any small components are damaged due to every-day wear, those are also not covered.
